Vtuber Setup

You need python 3.12 or lower to run this. I have attached a venv to the project which I believe has all the required extensions installed. Run this in VSCode or some other compiler. Command prompt should also work.

Open the blend file, click on scripting, and then click the play button in the top middle-right of the screen. Then go back to layout view and click play or press space. Your model should be following your face.  assuming that the python code is working. You may or may not need to edit the python code. Don't worry, though. I added comments to all the parts that you will want to change.

there is an issue with the lips and eyes not working at heavily tilted angles. If you can ignore that, then you should be fine. This code doesn't run very expressive Vtubers, as it can't actually tell when your eyes are closed.
